KnPot is produced using the hard anodization manufacturing technique which transforms the external surface by combining anodic oxide and silver ions. 

This finishing, as well as giving a sophisticated color to the object, totally excludes any transfer of substances to the food; it preserves the nutritional properties of foodstuffs thanks to its antioxidant action; it prevents the proliferation of bacteria and eliminates toxins, 

while allowing the original aromas and flavours to remain intact.
